| In the default email folder list, "folders" (icons) are shown for
| Calendar, Contacts, Journal etc as well as the normal email folders.

| Is there a way to remove the icons for the special folders as I do
| not want to see them in the folders list. I have them available at
| the bottom of the page should I want to get to them and I am trying
| to reduce the number of folders on view.
