You cannot hide/delete/remove the default contacts folder. Nor any other default folder.

After furious head scratching, DonK asked:

| Outlook 2003 with BCM. I'd like to show only the 'Business Contacts'

| folder remains the first folder opened. I've removed the Outlook
| Address Book service and then replaced it. Only Business Contacts is
