Did you set the PST as the default delivery store for your profile? It
sounds like the PST lost the binding to your email account.

I just upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2007. When I upgraded and also
transferred my .pst file from my old computer to my new one, I found I could
not enter in any new appointments in my calendar. The error message I
receive says "An error occurred registering the form in the OLE registry." I
tried clearing the forms cache and repairing the .pst file, but to no avail.
What am I doing wrong?
