I, too, am very, very new to this whole message board world, so I'm sorry for
being inept at it.

To answer your questions:
1. Outlook 2003.
2. Not sure what this is
3. Create a new contact by clicking on the New Contact button and filling in
the info manually
4. Yes, I have been able to create contacts before, but for some reason I
can't now.

Is there a max number of records you can store in Outlook?

I have Yahoo Sync enabled. Do you think that might have something to do
with it.

Thanks in advance for any help you could give me on this. It really is a
problem, and I would have returned to this site to look into it more if my
life hadn't gotten really busy shortly after I posted my question.
