If you create the task and save it to the desktop and then insert it in a Rich Text formatted message and send, does it work then.

After furious head scratching, asked:

| We work closely with a sister company, and both companies are using
| exchange servers. However, they are both in different locations and
| separate domains.

| We cannot send tasks back and forth between employees at the two
| companies. The task arrives, but there is no way for the recipient to
| accept/decline the task.

| We have tried all the RTF settings and nothing is working. Does
| anyone have any ideas on how to get this working?
