(1) No, I never used any command switches. Is it safe to try this
switch? Can it break something ?

(2) I don't want a view of all my folders, but a view with one LIST of
ALL MY CONTACTS (no matter in which folder they are). I have described
above, how I tried to achieve this, but I did not find any solution.
