Default Outlook Contacts and Caller ID

I don't know. It's a 'Conexant SmartHSFi V92 56K Speakerphone PCI Modem'.
Is there any place I could find out. Calling Dell would be useless - I've
found their phone support to be run by a bunch of know-nothings.

Im running WinXP with Outlook 2003. Is there any software available that
would allow me to see who's calling based on the entrys in my contacts
list?

My WM6 based cellphone (AT&T Tilt) shows the contact info, and would also
show a picture if I wanted, but can I do this on WinXP? I'd answer the
phone
normally, but I'd like to see a pop-up identifying who's calling. I know
of
no way to download my contacts into my phone (or any other), so I have
limited capability with just the phone.

My computer has a voice modem.

Thanks
