no, the best you can do is put the pst on the stick - but if you aren't
careful, its an easy way to corrupt the pst (if you pull the stick before
closing outlook).
Better and more secure is using web access to view your email on the
server.
From a strictly technical standpoint it CAN be done, but don't know if I
would want to do it. You can load the whole OS and Outlook on the stick. IF
the computer being used is USB boot capable, it can be done. Downside is if
you lose the TD, someone has all your email...
