Default Outlook in a memory stick

I understand that you can install Ms-Office in *certain* memory
sticks. They are called "MIGO", or something similar. Also, you can
install freeware email clients, like Mozilla's Thunderbird, in *U3*
kind of memory sticks.

If it is safe or not (think in keyloggers or other malware that
plagued netcafes), I am not so sure.

Has anyone tried to install Outlook (2007) in a memory stick? Can I then use
my mail in an any computer including netcafes, while I'm travelling?
