I HAVE OPEND A CASE WITH MS, THEY SAID DO THE FOLLOWING:

iNSTALL THE HOTFIX
INSTALL ROLLUP UPDATE 5
INSTALL SP1 FOR EXCHANGE 2007
INSTALL SP1 FOR OFFICE 2007

NOW I AM INSTALLING SP1 FOR OFFICE I HOPE NOW DISAPPEARS.
