I don't know what you mean, so I guess I didn't. Will you explain how to do
that? There was nothing in Help about profiles other than speech
recognition profiles.

Recenlty I installed Outlook 2007 trial, not knowing that it would
replace my current version Outllook 2002. The new version was locking up
on me so I uninstalled it an reinstalled v2002.

2002 doesn't open but gives me the familiar Microsoft Outlook has
