Outlook Banter - View Single Post - Outlook Query for Contacts that have been Changed by Date Range

Can I run a query within Outlook of all contacts that I have changed within a
given date range? Ex - I would like a quick view of the 500 or so contacts
that I have updated from August 15 - October 10th. How would I go about
running this query or getting visibility to these contacts within Outlook?
