Default Outlook 2000 contact list file & exporting contacts

Answers for questions #2 & 3

#2 - DO NOT use import/export to go from '2000 to '2007 - if you're
upgrading on the same machine, nothing for you to do - will all be there
after '2007 is installed. If on a new machine - copy your PST files to the
new machine and modify your Outlook profile accordingly to use the copied
PST file(s).

#3 - Constant Contact - (without checking for any recent changes) create
a CSV file. Read instructions related to content about importing contact
lists provided by Constant Contact - very simple, straightforward and works
like a charm (speaking from first hand experience).

(we will be getting Outlook 2007 soon, but this is for 2000):
(1) Creating contacts one by one in Outlook 2000, saved as individual Word
files. Can a single file be created with ALL contacts, that can be opened
&
displayed with all information for contacts besides the Detailed Address
Cards View from within Outlook 2000?
(2) What is the best way to import all Outl. 2000 contacts into Outl.
2007?
(3) Which Outl. 2000 Export to a file type or format is used to import
contacts into the Constant Contact application?
