Default Copy contact list to Outlook on another computer

By default, Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 displays names in your Contacts
list in the first name, last name format rather than the last name, first
name format. In this case, the first names of contacts are used to sort your
Contacts list alphabetically.

This is from the Microsoft Outlook Help response to "Contact list," Russ. I
presume you stand corrected? Unfortunately a search for it 'here' did not
provide me with the answer for which I was looking. Thank you for the links
which I will pursue.

There is no such thing as a "contact list" in Outlook. The methods for
transferring Outlook data are posted here several times a day. Never
hesitate to read some posts before you make another.
Take a look at these pages for info on Outlook data backup or transfer:

I would like to copy my contact list to my wife's laptop. We both use
Outlook 2007. How do I do this?
