There is also 'just enough difference' between Corp and Internet modes to
know that while I can give the instructions for 2000 Corp, it's not the
same as in Internet mode.
In corp., it's tools, services, select account name, click Properties,
Advanced tab of dialog. I have no idea in Internet mode.
Well, based on your answer I just called him and he said he doesn't have a
selection for services, so it must be the Internet mode.

Corp or Internet only? See help, about if unsure.
also - have you browsed the options at tools, accounts or tools,
services yet?
Actually, I'm kind of flying blind on this one. I have 2002 and my
client has the 2000 and there is just enough difference between the two,
it makes it very difficult to walk them through. So if it was 2002, then
the answer would be ToolsEmail Accountscheck "View or change existing
e-accounts"NextHighlight email account and select ChangeMore
SettingsAdvancedMake sure the box under "Delivery" beside "Leave a copy
of messages on the server" is unchanged.

Where do I find the checkbox in Office 2000 that leaves email messages
on the server?
