You'll need to provide more clear and accurate information using the same
terms the rest of us use and that Outlook uses.
"Contact List" means nothing to us and could mean anything. Define what you
mean by it.
State how you are entering Contacts and where they are not appearing that
you think they should. State how you configured the Outlook Address Book in
your profile and what changes you made when things stopped working as you
think they should.
