Default OL 2007 & Exchange 2003 Rules Problem

No, its based on the type of rule. You can force server rules to be client
rules (by adding actions that are client rules) but can't trick client rules
to be server rules.

There are server side and client side rules. Server rules will run if
outlook is closed, client side rules only run when outlook is open.

Thanks for putting up with my questions. Is there a way to specify
you want the rule to be client or server side?
