Default How to edit message field in an outlook message form

Outlook 2003? (We can help you better if you always give your Outlook version.) Turn off Word as your email editor before you create the new message. Tools | Options | Mail Format.

Maybe that's where the problem lies. Help tells me I can open a new message,
then go under Tools to Forms Design this Form. I don't have Forms under
Tools in my message.

You should write the message body before putting the message into form design mode. At this point, you can run the form, then type your message, then publish it or save it as an .oft file.

I am trying to create my first email message form. I can edit the "To" and
"Subject" fields, but I can't seem to add text to the Message Body. I can't
click in the field at all.
