Check your indexing status. If it says it is complete, then get it to
rebuild. That will take a long time but it should pick everything up then.
The only other thing is that when you search, at some time in the past you
may have enforced a limit as to how long back you go for searching. Check
the advanced search options.

You may have to get Outlook to search your archive folders.
