Default How to transfer Outlook Express emails to a new computer unit

Hi. I'm in the process of moving my files from one computer to another and
so I've been copying all my files from the old computer to transfer to the
new. There is no problem if it's a file by Ms Word or MS Excel files, but
the problem is when it comes to emails. Is there a way where I can have
this backed up automatically and when I recopy the files to the new
computer, Outlook Express will automatically read this including how my
folders and inbox is set up? I don't know which folder I should look for
this files and also to which folder will I set it up on the new computer?
Is this called importing or should this be backing up? I'm confused.
