I posted recently about access to emails via OE for multiple Windows users
on a single computer.

The practical setting is a small charity (with four users sharing one
computer) but the decision has been made to have a second computer with a
separate user. Can all emails for a single email address be accessed on both
computers, so that the user on the second computer, who will be the manager,
can read, respond to and delete emails opened on the first computer? Again,
if possible, how please?
