When a user tries to book a resource, the message " Resource namehasdeclinedyourmeetingbecause it isrecurring. You must book eachmeeting
separately with this resource". Actually the user is not bookingrecurring
meetings. He is only booking onemeeting. I went through the Microsoft
Article ID 817420 and found that Office XP service pack2 is to be loaded. But
our environment is Office 2000. and we have loaded Outlook 2003 for emails.
Our exchange server is 2003.

Change some resource scheduling parameter for the resource from
Outlook. For instance, uncheck "Decline conflicting meeting requests".
This generates fresh free/busy info for the resource. You can then go
back and check it again - the free/busy info will get refreshed yet
again.

This should solve the issue!
