How to create new contact folders?

In Outlook: "File/New Folder", type: Contact Folder.

How to add this contact folder as "Outlook Addressbook?
Click on the contact folder, right mouseclick, Outlook Addressbook = select
the flag for "Show this folder as Outlook Addressbook"
