While others may provide the means to accomplish your goal, I want to raise
another point: check with your company's policies board, if there is one.
The courts have determined that mail you receive while on the job belongs to
your company, not to you. By sending everything you get at work off-line to
another, personal mail account, you are copying company data and there may
be a policy governing that action. Some companies impose fairly severe
penalties for that type of "theft".
