The calendar items are all there also in Calendar in Personal
Folders. But I could uncheck the empty one named Calendar and Outlook
opens with my calendar.

Click ToolsE-mail AccountsNext. In the lower left is a "Delivery new
e-mail to the following location" drop-down. Change it to reflect the PST
containing the folders you want to be the default folders. Stop and restart
Outlook. Then you can remove the other PST with right-clickClose.
