Sync issues can only be addressed by the respective sync software support as
they are not Outlook issues.

Thank you for receiving my question. I can't sync my bosses addresses
or calendar to his Blackberry because he has numerous contacts
consisting of incomplete addresses or partial phone numbers or just
the name. How can i pinpoint which contacts are "invalid" w/o going
