Default Removed folder - now can't put back w same name

You can try this ....ymmv..

Open the Address book and first make sure that View/Folders and Groups is checked
Export the contents of the main address book(Main Identities Contact) to a csv file(File\Export\Other Address Book)
Search for you address book(*.wab) then rename your Address book file(e.g addywab.old, then start over with a blank address book, create the subfolder, then import the csv file.
- write down the name of the orginal.

If it doesn't work, you can delete the newer and rename the earlier renamed back to the original name.
