Default Removed folder - now can't put back w same name

Hello Jack,

Perhaps using "Show All Contents" view will help in locating the problem.

Open the address book by choosing Start on desktop, on it's menu select
Programs, on it's expanding menu select Accessories, on it's expanding menu
choose Address Book.

In the Address Book dialog window choose File, on it's menu choose Show All
Contents.

Hope this helps,
Ken

| I am updating my address book. In doing that, I removed some sub-folders
| that were underneath the main (Jack's Contacts).
|
| One sub-folder removed was Kinfolks, but I left a group that was named
| Kinfolks. In updating that group, I copied the appropriate addresses over
| from Jack's Contacts.
|
| Now, I'm trying to once again create a Kinfolks sub-folder, but OE is not
| letting me do that. I keep getting a pop-up that says, "An entry with
this
| name already exists in your address book."
|
| I've compacted all folders, and rebooted the pc but still get the same
| results. How do I overcome this problem? I used to have both a
sub-folder
| and a group with the name "Kinfolks."

| Jack
