So are you suggesting that Outlook 2007 isn't (new) DST compatible? I've
noticed the same problem with my calendar items.

Usually a mismatch between Windows' and Outlook Calendar's Daylight Saving
Time settings, especially now when you probably patched Windows (via Windows
Update) and not Outlook (with the tzmove patch).
