Default No Contacts folder within "personal Folders" & 'address list'

He was saying that the instructions don't work, but he provided no
information on what he tried and what happened, so there is no way to help
him. The KB article does work for everyone else.

That's the Mail view. It won't show Contacts. You need to use the
Contacts or Folder List view.

The left side of the screen shows my 'Personal Folders' and all of
the mail folders within there (in which as I mentioned previously, I
used to see a 'Contacts' icon/folder), below this on the left is the
'Navigation Buttons' (i.e Mail, Calender, Contacts, Tasks)

So, click the Contacts navigation button or the "Folder list" navigation
button. With the former you'll see only COntacts folders. WIth the
latter you'll see all your folders. You can also use the Shortcuts view
to see only those folders you wish to see.

As I mentioned previously, when I click on the Contacts button, i DO
see my contacts

Exactly as Russ said you would.

and yes I have already followed the "....instruction
that are posted here every day. They do in fact work just fine.

Then what's the problem? If they work, they work.

and NO, the supposed solution in the above link really
does NOT work for me!

You just said "they do in fact work just fine." Either they do or they
don't. It can't be both ways.
