Outlook has been very sluggish and in fact makes my whole pc sluggish.

Recently when trying to do a search of my emails I got an error that
it couldn't access the .pst file due to a cyclic data redundancy. Is
there a way to fix this? It was actually happening earlier and I
uninstalled it and bought a fresh copy and reinstalled. Any thoughts
appreciated (well good ones at least )
