DId you try creating a new mail profile?

I have all my contacts, but they are missing in the address book(To: button).

I tried to fix via the "show this folder as an email address book but it is grayed out.

Address book is empty.

Tried to add an "Outlook address book" but get address book already added, and can't delete it either.

Any ideas?
