Thanks. The cache wasn't the answer but it lead me to see that it was using
an SEB or SBE form. Once I deleted that, the problem was solved.

Try clearing the forms cache. ToolsOptionsOtherAdvanced OptionsCustom
FormsManage FormsClear Cache.
