b1's instructions work for an Outlook table view, but they don't apply to the Select Names dialog box.

Re adding different columns, try right-clicking in one of the column
headings, and select FIELD CHOOSER - click and drag the column name to the
title bar in the position you want the new column to be.
You can also reposition the columns by left-clicking the column title and
dragging it to the position you want. Be careful you don't drop it outside
the row the column names are on, or it will removed altogether.
