I use OutlookExpress for emailing. My OS is WinXP Pro SP2.
In most cases, when I open and read a new email, the new email icon in
system tray disappears.
But once in a while, the email icon still remains in the system tray even
after deletion of the all new emails.
Is there anyway to fix this problem? Craig
